I'm Roland Fernandez, a Social Media and Content Marketing Manager based in Davao City, Philippines. Since founding Mugna Bisaya Creatives in January 2019, I've worked with coaches, healthcare education organizations, government agencies, and NGOs across the US, Canada, Australia, and the Philippines as a dedicated remote partner.

Before I built campaigns for a living, I spent years on the front line of customer service and fraud prevention — work that taught me how much it costs a business, and a person, when communication breaks down.
I later moved into instructional design and corporate communications, helping organizations explain what they do clearly enough that people actually understood and acted on it.
That's the thread running through everything I do now. Most of the organisations I work with — NDIS and healthcare training providers, coaching businesses, NGOs — aren't short on good work. They're short on the time and systems to tell people about it clearly and consistently.
Mugna means to build. I built this business on the belief that people doing genuinely useful work — teaching, training, supporting communities — shouldn't have to choose between doing that work well and marketing it well. My job is to make sure they don't have to.
